Rachel joined the company back in 2014. She successfully managed a small team while running an independent Health Food shop in the Cotswolds for a number of years and has completed a BSc and MSc at Worcester University in Human Nutrition.

Fun-fact: I’m mostly found eating, thinking or talking about eating or cooking. I love everything to do with food, hence the strong beliefs of food and nutrition as medicine.
