Fatigue is a common concern for older patients and among the most easily dismissed. Yet the
biology behind energy decline is not inevitable, but the result of multiple shifts in the systems
that underpin energy production.

This webinar takes a closer look at mitochondrial health in older adults and how key nutrients feed into energy production, how their availability changes with age, and what interventions the evidence supports. The aim is to give practitioners a more structured way of identifying causes and what can be done about it.

Places are available on a first come, first served basis. We’d suggest logging on to our webinar 10 minutes before the start time to ensure you don’t miss the beginning. Don’t worry about being muted on joining us, as we will be giving you the opportunity to ask any questions via the chat facility.

Once live sessions are sold out Lamberts can only allocate bookings to recorded option.
