A hard gel capsule.Typically per 2 capsules:

Lemon Verbena Extract Providing 75mg verbascosides	325mg
Hibiscus Flower Extract Providing 15mg anthocyanidins	175mg
Vitamin C	80mg
Chromium	80µg

Encapsulated with: Capsule Shell (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose), Rice Powder, Anti-caking Agents (Magnesium Stearate & Silicon Dioxide).

Disintegration time: Less than 30 minutes

Take 2 capsules daily with a meal.
