Cautions This product contains iron, which, if taken in excess, may be harmful to very young children. Keep out of sight and reach.
This product contains vitamin A. Do not take if pregnant or likely to become pregnant except on the advice of a doctor.
If you are taking anti-coagulants (blood thinners) do not take these tablets except on the advice of a doctor.
Over 250mg of magnesium may cause stomach upset. Reducing or dividing the dose throughout the day may help. Do not take with any other supplements containing magnesium.
