An off-white coated tablet. Typically per tablet:

Thiamin (B1)	100mg
Vitamin B6	12mg
Vitamin B12	1000µg

Tableted With: Bulking Agents (Calcium Carbonate & Cellulose), Anti-caking Agents (Silicon Dioxide, Stearic Acid & Magnesium Stearate), Tablet Coating (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose & Glycerol).

Disintegration Time Less than 1 hour.

Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Take 1 tablet daily.
