Bio-Iron Complex contains iron and vitamin B12 which contribute to a reduction in tiredness and fatigue and the normal function of the immune system.

Iron is included as bisglycinate, a form of iron which is well absorbed and tolerated by sensitive stomachs.

An oval, red coated tablet. Typically per 2 tablets:

Providing L-Lysine	1000mg

Bulking Agents (Dicalcium Phosphate & Cellulose), Tablet Coating ((Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Colours: Calcium Carbonate & Iron Oxides) Anti-Caking Agents (Silicon Dioxide, Stearic Acid & Magnesium Stearate).
